How we use your information when you use our website


When you visit, "cookies" are used to collect information about you, which is used to adapt and improve our content. When collecting this information, we act as data controller. PlanMiljø.ApS does not collect personally sensitive information about you on the website. However, the following types of information may be collected and processed: A unique ID, time and date of your visit, technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, geographical location, and which pages you click on (interests).

Google Analytics cookies are automatically deleted 2 years after your last visit. Other cookies are deleted after the end of the session, and some cookies must be deleted by you, ie. we do not delete them.


In this connection, we transfer your personal information to Google LLC as well as the Wix server platform, which is located in the USA. We can state that the EU Commission has decided on the adequacy of the level of protection of Google LLC, as the company is subject to the Privacy Shield agreement. We are aware that the EU has terminated the Privacy Shield agreement and are awaiting a new agreement in place.

Your rights as registered


You have the right to know what personal data we have about you at any time, and you can ask us to correct them if they are incorrect. If we have asked for your consent to process your personal data, you can withdraw the consent at any time.


If we process your personal data on the basis of consent or performance of a contract, you can ask us to provide you with a copy of the data in a machine-readable format so that you can transfer it to another provider.
